2. Platform Infrastructure

Orbicart operates as a high-performance ecosystem using Cloudflare Edge Workers. To ensure seamless navigation and language persistence (supporting /de, /en, and /pl), our system utilizes a lang cookie with a 1-year expiration. By using the site, you consent to this necessary technical processing.

3. Usage and Conduct

Users are responsible for the data they input into the platform. We provide a serverless environment powered by Cloudflare D1, ensuring high availability and security for your localized content.

4. Content Delivery

While Orbicart is a modern Single Page Application (SPA), we provide specialized pre-rendered versions of our pages via our Hono API to ensure compatibility with search engine crawlers and social media previews.

5. Limitation of Liability

Orbicart is provided "as is." While we strive for zero-latency through our edge architecture, we are not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or network providers.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orbicart operates. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in Berlin, Germany.
